Hello. Bonjour. I’m Julie Thiéry.

I am a French-American designer and strategic leader whose interests lie at the intersection of design strategy, participatory design, and policy design. Reshaping clients’ or teams ways of working is central to my work. As a practitioner, I ensure that solutions adopt human and planet-centered tenets fundamental to developing products and services across all phases of the design process.

In my recent roles as a designer, educator and leader, I reshape public and third sector services by supporting organizations through digital transformation, org and change support and service design. I have over 13 years of international experience (MENA, West and South Africa, US, Europe and Asia) across the public, private, and third sectors and have worked on products, services and frameworks spanning inequality, maternal and newborn health, foster care, climate education, governance, and financial inclusion.
